Zamrock fans, mark your calendars. Albatross Rock Den in New Kasama, Lusaka, will host a free concert on Saturday, 31 October 2026, bringing together young and upcoming musicians alongside veteran Zamrockers for a day of live music.
According to the organisers, more than ten acts and bands will perform, with the main programme running from 15:00 to 21:00. It promises to be an opportunity to enjoy familiar sounds, discover emerging talent and celebrate Zambian music across generations.
Come Early and Make a Day of It
Gates will open at 10:00, so visitors can arrive well before the main performances. The Albatross Muf Rockers Band is scheduled to provide a preliminary musical run.
The organisers invite music lovers to come for lunch, settle in and enjoy the afternoon and evening’s entertainment. Bring your friends and share the invitation with fellow Zamrock enthusiasts—everyone is welcome.
Celebrating Five Years
The concert forms part of celebrations marking the fifth anniversary of the organisers’ blog, which falls on 13 November 2026. Bringing established performers and emerging musicians together offers a fitting way to celebrate that milestone and the music community around it.
