SHE is a platform to show and talk about the women of Kitwe.  It has nothing to do with social standing, wealth, beauty, disability, education, profession, success etc.  No.  It is simply ‘The Women of Kitwe’ and will therefore endeavour not to have any form of bias.

 I shall also be happy to receive profiles and photographs from the women of Kitwe for wider coverage.  We are going to do this together.  Success is in numbers; the more the merrier!

Meet BRIDGET KAITE

Bridget Kaite 1 – kitweonline

Hello!

 My name is Bridget Kaite, student of social work diploma with the university of Zambia Nkana East campus here in Kitwe. I am also the founder of Dreams to Reality Investment, an organization that deals with all social, economic, health, educational and religious issues in our communities.

I have always had a passion to help people in one way or another in order to help improve the quality of life for all human beings in the above ways mentioned. Hence I would like to start a TV production on our National television ZNBC that will feature topics on importance of work, quality of life, knowledge, love and other related issues that will encourage and motivate others.

Education Background

I was born on 2nd January 1975 and went to Kampemba Primary School here in Kitwe. I did my secondary education at Fatima Girls Convent School in Ndola and competed in 1996. I then did a course in Marketing and Sales Management with Cambridge International College.  I am currently doing a course in social work with UNZA school of Education and Adult Studies.

Social and Religious Background

I am a mother of a 14-year old boy and a proud Catholic Christian. I am a youth animator or leader and enjoy being of help to youths. I love reading the Bible and my favourite books are Psalms and Proverbs. I love dreaming my dreams and seeing them come to reality. I am a people person and have a very positive outlook to life, I know that everything is temporal and so whatever the situation one may be in comes to an end eventually so we will do well to Trust in the Lord and do good.

Passions and Dreams

I work for a pay TV company and love my Job. I love watching TV, that is drama movies and documentaries.  I love reading, swimming, jogging, and travelling.  I love nature and life.

I hope to Study International Relations or Media Relations and start my own business or work for the United Nations.
