Wheat is a Zambian export because Zambia grows more wheat than we can use. Monica saw a unique opportunity and went for it. She now has big plans for affordable nutritious food marketing in the region. Her product, eeZee Instant Noodles, is growing from strength to strength.
In 2015, her company is looking to introduce a local brand of porridge made from local grains and to set up factories for food processing.
The winner of some very prestigious business awards, Monica has also worked with the Bank of Zambia and MicrosoftAfrica, among others.
