You Will Need:
200mls cooking oil (cholesterol free)
1 medium size onion
1 large ripe tomato
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Place the mushrooms in a bowl.
Wash in clean cold water.
Split the mushroom using bare hands.A knife is not necessary because mushrooms are soft.
Put oil and water in a medium pot at the same time.
Allow to boil for some minutes.
Put the mushroom and cook for 10 minutes stir gently.
Grate the onions and tomatoes.
Stir and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Cook for 10 minutes and add salt then simmer.
Do not add spices because mushrooms have a natural aroma.
Makes 4 servings.
