Kitwe City Council Website

Let us build us a website.

Kitwe City Council (KCC) has got a website that is up and running, http://www.kcc.gov.zm/.

This is a welcome development. The site is not running at 100% yet, but if you go and have a look, you will see that it promises to provide a lot of useful information.

Some examples of the KCC site include:

This has a list of the elected officials, their wards and current community projects.

You can use this page to report things that the council need to do something about in your neighbourhood, e.g potholes, litter, blocked drains, etc.

The site is currently a work in progress, so expect some pages to display error messages.
In keeping with the spirit of the founding fathers (and mothers), Kitwe’s motto: “Let us build us a city” now becomes “Let us build us a website.” This is therefore a good time for everybody to participate by sending in ideas and suggestions via the KCC Contact Us page.
We are excited to witness the birth of our very own Council Website.
